★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented 2 bikes from here for 20 Euro for the day to take a ride to Muiden Castle. The hour ride to the castle went fine. 10 minutes into the ride back one of the tires went flat. We went to pump it up and the valve stem just fell off. We tried the buses, but they didn’t allow bikes, no repair shops near by, no ubers available with bike racks, etc.
Not wanting to walk the 4ish hours back, we called and told Sener Bike our situation and he told us to lock the bikes up and he’ll come and get them later. We eventually get back to the shop and show on google maps where the bikes were locked up and hand over the keys. He refused to give us any sort of refund whatsoever, saying the bikes could be gone or maybe we sold them and are scamming him. We said we could come back another day after he reclaims the bikes, but he basically told us too bad, bikes break sometimes and was wholly unsympathetic.

An update after 2.5 months: Mr. Ahmet fixed my bike for free with great quality parts. The bikes at this shop have 3 months warranty.

Faiza spoke wonderful English (plus several other languages) & was quickly able to set us up with two very serviceable bikes at an equally fair price. Would definitely recommend her store to a friend. You won't be disappointed.
