★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nog altijd ontevreden over deze Apotheek. 8 tot 10 keer per jaar krijg ik verkeerde medicatie. Als ik ze daarom weiger krijg ik soms alsnog facturen. Erg vakkundig en professioneel is het natuurlijk niet. Op je Apotheek moet je kunnen vertrouwen. Het personeel blijft wel steeds beleefd en lossen problemen uiteindelijk op, daarom toch 2 sterren.
Tips voor klanten: maak geen gebruik van de nachtautomaat. Foutieve uitgiftes zijn dan moeilijker te retourneren. Bij de balie kun je direct medicatie weigeren. Vraag bij weigeren om een bevestiging van terugname. Dit voorkomt onterechte facturen.
Still dissatisfied with this pharmacy. I get the wrong medication 8 to 10 times a year. If I therefore refuse them, I sometimes still receive invoices. It is of course not very professional and professional. You must be able to trust your Pharmacy. The staff always remain polite and solve problems in the end, therefore 2 stars anyway.
Tips for customers: do not use the night machine. Incorrect issues are then more difficult to return. You can immediately refuse medication at the counter. When refusing, ask for confirmation of the return. This prevents incorrect invoices.
