★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als een recept niet per omgaande wordt opgehaald omdat je niet kunt tijdens de openingstijden, dan wordt het recept klaarblijkelijk weggegooid.
Bij de 2de poging is het wel gelukt. Plus 2 punten.
If a recipe is not immediately picked up because you cannot go during opening hours, the recipe will apparently be thrown away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaak zijn medicijnen niet op voorraad en moeten besteld worden. Apotheek geeft goedkoopste medicijn (goedkoopste medicijn wat word vergoed door zorgverzekeraar) mee. Soms doen de apothekers er moeilijk over als je een nieuw medicijn wilt of hetzelfde medicijn wilt maar dan onder een andere merknaam met dezelfde stoffen, en moet je een dokters recept of een herhaal recept opnieuw aanvragen.
Apotheek verteld niet uit zichzelf dat er voor dezelfde bestandsmiddelen in het medicijn er verschillende merken/ verpakkingen (en prijzen) aanwezig zijn.
Let goed op bij elke apotheek dat je een Huisarts/ Dokters recept nodig hebt!
Medicines are often out of stock and must be ordered. Pharmacy provides cheapest medicine (cheapest medicine that is reimbursed by health insurer). Sometimes pharmacists are having a hard time if you want a new drug or the same drug but under a different brand name with the same substances, and you have to re-order a doctor's prescription or a repeat prescription.
Pharmacy does not tell by itself that for the same file resources in the drug there are different brands / packaging (and prices).
Pay close attention at any pharmacy that you need a General Practitioner / Doctor prescription!
