★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meest waardeloze, kansloze bedrijf ooit.
Doorlooptijd voor een simpele onsite reparatie (werkgeheugen) is 2 weken wachten op een monteur.
Opsturen van het werkgeheugen was absoluut niet mogelijk, want de monteur neemt het oude onderdeel mee terug. Dat ik het oude onderdeel terug kon opsturen was ook absoluut geen optie.
Service is ver te zoeken. En de korte doorlooptijd wat op de website staat is dus ook niet waar!
Oh, en de vrouw aan de telefoon was ook niet erg aardig en meedenkend/denkend in oplossingen.
 Most worthless, hopeless company ever.
Lead time for a simple onsite repair (working memory) is 2 weeks waiting for a technician.
Sending the working memory was absolutely impossible, because the mechanic takes the old part back. That I could return the old part was absolutely not an option.
Service is hard to find. And the short lead time on the website is therefore not true!
Oh, and the woman on the phone wasn't very nice either and thinking along/thinking in solutions.
