The guy is bald!!!!
Someone please share contact of the shop so I can actually call and ask if we can track my package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is super rude. It is chatting with friends and telling me is busy with other customers. My order is delivered here and track and trace shows delivered and he looked up for 1min and told me it is not here after I insisted two times he found it. Really really terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staffs are super duper careless, they’re really taking their times to just talk to each other and ignoring the queue line, they don’t think there might be customers (well in this case is me) is in a hurry to catch the train, they don’t think there customers who put a lot of effort to come to this shop and just missing to catch the train, so much time wasted just to queue in line while the staffs chit-chat-ing and again to wait the next train because i just couldn’t catch it, really bad customer service experience!
