★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een onvriendelijke dame (Marianne) aan de telefoon die niet eens meedenkt of enige empathie toont. Hoe werven jullie personeel? Waar selecteren jullie op? Ik hoop jullie nooit meer hoeven te bellen.
What an unfriendly lady (Marianne) on the phone who doesn't even think along or shows any empathy. How do you recruit staff? What do you select for? I hope never have to call you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ erg vervelend bedrijf, heb het gevoel dat de "telefonistes" thuiswerkende dames zijn ( verrassende achtergrond-geluiden ) , je staat soms meer dan 5 minuten in de wacht, en bij terugbellen of doorschakelen wordt veelvoudig de truc gebruikt om OF 6 x achter elkaar te bellen zonder 3 minuten pauze ertussen ( je zal op het toilet zitten, of onder de douche staan ) OF de telefoon rinkelt maar een 0,5 seconde en stopt dan weer.
In beide gevallen gaat het niet om klantvriendelijkheid, maar om het feit dat de "klant" per "gesprek" moet betalen
very annoying company, I have the feeling that the "telephonists" are home-working ladies (surprising background noises), you are sometimes on hold for more than 5 minutes, and when you call back or forward, the trick is often used to OR 6 times in succession call without a 3 minute break in between (you will be sitting in the toilet or in the shower) OR the telephone rings for only 0.5 seconds and then stops again.
In both cases it is not about customer friendliness, but about the fact that the "customer" has to pay per "call"
