The prices are always most reasonable compared to other online shops and they have a decent amount on indian groceries that you need on a day to day basis.
Service and delivery is prompt.
The thing that distinguishes this shop from any other shop is its dedication to customer delight. On more than 2 occasions, Shakti Aarna owners have arranged items for me that were either out of stock for long time or just not a part of their inventory. They are also super quick to respond on sms.
I have been using their service from more than a year and I think they deserve a 5 star rating.

I just asked her for something today, but she rudely replied me, "I really don’t like you making me feel bad like this it’s Sunday so people do rest..." This is not the language to do the business. I will spread this to all Indian community as well.

Impressive service, quality products shipped in extremely good conditions even in these stressful times.
So glad to have the items delivered at home. None of the Indian stores here in Nijmegen have a delivery service and being five months into my pregnancy it's quite awkward and at times difficult to lug 5 kg bags of rice and flour all the way to my apartment!
It was great doing business with you.
