β β β β β Zeer klantonvriendelijke tankstation manager met opvliegend klant onvriendelijk gedrag Flink ruzie staan maken, zijn zeer onredelijk, idem voor de bediende achter de kassa. Lekkere manier van je toko runnen.
Voetnoot: de man met flinke baard achter de kassa is wel een topper, die snapt hoe je met klanten om moet gaan.
03-12 Update in reactie op bericht van eigenaar hier onder. Je kunt via FB geen messenger bericht naar jullie sturen. Ik heb gisteren reeds een klacht ingediend via de Shell website maar helaas wel een bevestigings mail ontvangen maar geen casenummer. Ik heb de klacht wel specifiek gemeld over de vestiging in Diemen.
Update2: Shell heeft mijn klacht serieus genomen en de tankstation manager heeft mij gebeld om excuses te maken. Achteraf wel netjes opgelost dus waarvoor dank.
 Very customer-unfriendly gas station manager with short-tempered customer unfriendly behavior Arguing strongly, they are very unreasonable, the same for the employee behind the cash register. Nice way to run your shop.
Footnote: the man with a big beard behind the till is a winner, who understands how to deal with customers.
03-12 Update in response to owner message below. You cannot send a messenger message to you via FB. Yesterday I already filed a complaint via the Shell website but unfortunately received a confirmation email but no case number. I did report the complaint specifically about the location in Diemen.
Update2: Shell took my complaint seriously and the gas station manager called me to apologize. Well solved afterwards so thank you.
