★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een k...t bedrijf. Als je je ramen wil wassen en je neemt ook een deel van je auto mee, dan komen ze al naar buiten rennen dat dat niet mag. Hoezo klantvriendelijk, kom er noooooit meer. Zo ook een grote groep mensen waar ik het aan verteld heb.

 What a ... company. If you want to wash your windows and you also want to take part of your car with you, they will come running outside that you are not allowed to. Why customer-friendly, never come again. This also applies to a large group of people that I have told.

Whenever you want to use the water at your disposal, you will have a f.....g bulldog jumping out from her cage to tell you what you should clean with that water or what part of your car you can clean with. The first time, I did not pay attention and I tought that the dog has a bad night. Then the second time, again !!! it is too much to have this kind of attitude. As Customer we do not has them to clean or serve the petrol, we ask to be respected. Maybe it is too much for this petrol station. Shell headquater should take action before that this attitudes ruine its reputation. As general fact, petrol price at Shell stations is the most expensive at The Hague comparing to the other brands. So from now onwards, I will boycot Shell forever and I will make sure that this bad service is known by the maximum of people.
