★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga juf Mishja is de rust zelve met engelen geduld waardoor ik met mijn drukke hoofd iedere week na haar les voor mijn doen toch behoorlijk ZEN naar huis ga. Ik leer daar veel over mezelf dankzij haar en de oefeningen zijn goed te doen. Ik kan me geen andere Yoga juf wensen en ben heel blij dat ik voor Shiva Yoga gekozen heb.
Yoga teacher Mishja is the peace itself with angelic patience, which means that with my busy head I go home quite a week after her class for my doing. I learn a lot about myself there thanks to her and the exercises are easy to do. I cannot wish for another Yoga teacher and I am very happy that I chose Shiva Yoga.
