★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had een dunk gekocht, voelde me al gelijk welkom en werd netjes geholpen en de vragen die ik had werden netjes en vriendelijk beantwoord. Ik zal hier zeker nog een keer komen!
 Had bought a dunk, felt immediately welcome and was helped nicely and the questions I had were answered neatly and friendly. I will come here again for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toen we een bepaalde maat van schoenen wilde passen keek de verkoopster enigszins geïrriteerd en het duurde echt een eeuwigheid voordat ze terug kwam - we dachten serieus dat ze ons vergeten was. Ook bij andere klanten bemerkten we dat ze over de klantvriendelijkheid niet heel erg te spreken waren.
When we wanted to try on a certain size of shoes the saleswoman looked a bit annoyed and it really took forever for her to come back - we seriously thought she had forgotten about us. We also noticed with other customers that they were not very pleased with the customer-friendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een winkel zeg ze verkopen alle schoenen onderling door en wanneer ik die schoen wil geven ze niet omdat het halve maar te groot is niet een laten passen ze verkopen alle dunks onderling door en klanten hebben niks
What a shop they sell all the shoes among themselves and when I want to give that shoe they don't give them because it is half but too big do not let one fit they sell all the dunks between themselves and customers have nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a shoe with them 15 of July. Two weeks later tracking code still doesn't work (from Germany to the Netherlands usually takes a few days). Sent them an email asking for info but never got an answer. Now it's 7th of August and still nothing...
Update: turns out the whole time my shoes were with a neighbour, but I never got notified about it. Luckily he was kind enough to leave me a not himself and now i have the shoes.
