★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijzondere slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf. Inkten zijn totaal niet geschikt. met als gevolg héél dure kosten aan de machine.
 Particularly bad experience with this company. Inks are totally unsuitable. resulting in very expensive costs on the machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kocht daar zeven (parallel) cartouches en inkt voor mijn plotter, waarvan twee de liter inkt die ik er in deed op vijf minuten was door gelopen in de machine, waarvan één op een printplaat.. Gevolg: 2200 euro kost (repair Canon België). De zaakvoerder liet me weten niet tussen te komen en zelfs de inkt die ik opnieuw bestelde moet ik betalen. Zaakvoerder gaat nu proberen via rechtswege proberen zijn centen te krijgen. We (wij en onze raadsman) kijken er naar uit. De enige taak die we nu hebben is iedereen verwittigen welke nadelige gevolgen het kan hebben om parallelle inkten te gebruiken.
Bought seven (parallel) cartridges and ink for my plotter, two of which had run through the liter of ink I put in in five minutes in the machine, one of which on a printed circuit board. Consequence: costs 2200 euros (repair Canon Belgium) . The manager informed me not to intervene and even the ink I ordered again I have to pay. Business manager will now try to get his money by right. We (we and our counsel) look forward to it. The only task we now have is to notify everyone of the adverse effects of using parallel inks.

Na ampel overleg met Peter Bakker van Signwarehouse, heb ik mijn Ocè printer laten reviseren. Ben geheel tevreden met zijn advies; de revisie werd dan ook keurig uitgevoerd. Ook de prijsstelling is prima van bijbehorende producten die wij veelvuldig gebruiken, zoals diverse inkten, backlit folies, etc. Gezien dit alles hebben wij daarom besloten de maitenance van onze printers, door Signwarehouse te laten uitvoeren. Gelet op de onderhoudskosten die Canon telkens in rekening bracht en naar onze mening, disproportioneel, hetzij absurd hoog zijn, heeft Peter Bakker ons nu een prima alternatief geboden. Wij zijn tevreden.
- PRINTER EXCELLENTLY REFURBISHED -
After extensive consultation with Peter Bakker of Signwarehouse, I had my Ocè printer overhauled. Am completely satisfied with his advice; the overhaul was therefore neatly carried out. The pricing is also excellent for accompanying products that we frequently use, such as various inks, backlit foils, etc. In view of all this, we have therefore decided to have the maitenance of our printers carried out by Signwarehouse. In view of the maintenance costs that Canon charged each time and which we believe are disproportionate or absurdly high, Peter Bakker has now offered us an excellent alternative. We are satisfied.
