Immer zuvorkommend, erfüllen so gut es geht jeden Wunsch, suchen immer das raus was auf einem zutrifft. Wenn ich buchen will melden sie sich immer noch am gleichen tag und suchen mir auch mehrere Varianten raus!!! Also wirklich TOOOOOP!!!! MACHT WEITER SO , DEN IHR SEIT DIE BESTEN!!! DANKE FÜR ALLES!!!! I am booking my vacation for more than 4 years with Sila Travel and would not want to book with any other !!! Ich habe vorher kaum zweimal hintereinander eine Reise im gleichen Reisebüro / Anbieter gebucht. Die Beratungen finde ich deshalb sehr gut, da ich aufgrund der freundlichen und höflichen Beratung, jede Frage ohne Hemmungen stellen konnte und auch beantwortet bekam. Auch nach dem Verkauf der Reise konnte ich mich Rund um die Reise in vielen Angelegenheiten an das Reisebüro wenden. Ich hatte immer das Gefühl, dass dem Reisebüro der positive Verlauf meiner Reise genau so wichtig war, wie mir. Sila Reisen hat sich zum Reisebüro meines Vertrauens entwickelt. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass solche Reisebüros durch ausreichenden Zulauf, den Internetanbietern gegenüber konkurrenzfähig bleiben. Daher teile ich meine positiven Erfahrungen auch gerne mit anderen. Vorsicht : billigere Angebote wo anders gibt's vielleicht ,aber bei Problemen mit Buchung , Flughafen , etc. , erkennt man sofort den Unterschied !! Nice, well-organized family business, my whole family has only been booking there for over 15 years. You can always reach the family personally by mobile phone, especially if you have problems abroad. Caution: you may find cheaper offers elsewhere, but if you have problems with booking, the airport, etc., you can tell the difference immediately!
