★ ★ ★ ★ ★ expensive, poor appliances. If you go there you can easily compare with any online shop. I found there only medium to low products (mainly made for est Europe market). TV usually 30% more expensive than amazon!! are they kidding?????? DO NOT GO THERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great choice, and a very good alternative to buying the unknown online. On busy days they could however do with a few more helpers/knowledgeable people but those there are happy to help :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Coming from the Netherlands picking up online order in my worst German. They definitely put in effort to understand me?. Fast service! I should've tried English, I know, it would've probably worked also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a nice selection of features and brands for electronics. The kids can find something not too expensive that's a good quality toy. Their in-store specials have been amazing - but unexpected (we didn't see advertisements). The noise level inside is less loud (disturbing) than other media stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large store with an impressive selection of low quality stuff. Looking for a laptop computer, I couldn't find anything matching my needs. When asking support, one guy told me he didn't have time, another guy said he was from a different department and didn't have a clue, a third guy finally tried to convince me to buy a big, heavy laptop with short battery life, exactly the opposite of what I was asking. I do not recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A visit during covid 19 restrictions. You can only buy through click and collect at the moment. Saturday mornings seem to be a longer wait than normal. The staff do a good job and go that bit extra for the customer
