★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice place for people interested in coffee. They have a wide selection of different roasts, and coffee equipment. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Hope their coffee subscription becomes a thing soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly buy coffee beans here. They have a good variety of different blends. However, the selection of single origin specialty coffee is limited. On a positive note, buying small amounts is possible (from 150gr). This particular store in Utrecht is relatively small and doesn’t have a lot of the accessories in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shop with quality products, selling coffee and tea for all the tastes. They also sell lovely tableware to enjoy even better the things you purchased! Aswell you can find all kind of fancy utensils for coffee or tea lovers! And to top it off the shop assistant are offering a lot of great advices, they really can help you make the best choice there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Astonished by the rude staff member with glasses and short hair. After politely asking if I could enter the shop his response was yes, though only if I were to buy something. He was abrupt, unpleasant, and rude. I had specifically travelled to Utrecht to purchase coffee. I decided that my money would be better spent supporting shops that are respectful to their customers. On two previous occasions that I purchased from the shop the other staff members were pleasant and attentive. Despite this, I will never return. Advice, support other shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was positive about this place and enthusiastically recommended it, but I was recently very disappointed in the behaviour of the tall, male staff member with glasses. He was rude to me because I had spent two minutes in the store looking at teas before deciding which ones to buy, after my friend had already bought two bags of coffee and spent less than a total of 5 minutes in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to visit the city of Utrecht with my girlfriend, hoping to find a few lovely shops there. That worked out perfectly fine, with the unfortunate exception of this place. Because of corona, only 6 customers were allowed to enter — which makes perfect sense, but this meant that we had to wait a while to enter. We were very kindly welcomed by the same staff member as the other not so positive reviews specify (those reviews make perfect sense), and we were asked whether he could be of any assistance to us. I replied that we would prefer to look for a while by ourselves. After this we were told in a rather harsh manner that we should take into account the customers waiting for us with our ‘looking’, and that this was something we ought to understand. I was flabberghasted by the tone and message, especially since we waited patiently to enter ourselves, so naturally we complied and left the shop. If not for this staff member, I would probably have bought quite some tea.
I understand that the current pandemic makes it hard for all of us, and that it would be very selfish to spend an hour in the shop, but to be told that in such a manner when we were there not 20 seconds... Luckily we went to another lovely shop where we were very kindly assisted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a really great place for coffe and/or tea lover. There’s a handmade teacup and made in Holland which is really nice though it is quite pricey. The selection of the tea is amazing in its variety. There are just so much to pick from, the price vary from 3-7 euro for one package. But if you want, a sample bag is also available for 1 euro. They have glasses for coffee and tea, cute ones. The coffee set is also a lot.
I tried the french cookies and the chocolate. I’m a chocolate lover and for me the chocolate is a 3.5 star, it’s a bit too sweet somehow. The french cookie was also sweet but it’s okay.
