★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20/10/2018 I had to replace the bracelet of my watch. After the ordered new bracelet appeared to be too short (not the fault of Punte), Punte has free of charge lengthen the bracelet by ordering extra pieces.
18/10/2019 The chronometer indicator keeps running and cannot be stopped. After receiving the watch Tissot says a complete revision is needed (195€) but I renounce. Punte replaces the battery for free and the watch works again.

To be honest my first option to buy the watch I was looking for was Schaap & Citroen, but the poor experience in that shop pushed me away from the store. I searched for an alternative official dealer for the watch I was looking to buy and PUNTE JUWELIER-REYERS came up. How lucky I was. This should have been my first option: excellent service from the friendly staff there: insightful, patient and respectful, a nice gift after I bought the watch. Everything was there. Not to mention that the price was better than @ Schaap & Citroen.
