 Great selection and very friendly and competent advice! To be recommended absolutely. Ms. Gottschalk has a very nice nature and is happy to advise you competently. Tolle Auswahl an Stoffen und Zubehör und immer auf dem neusten Stand. Man merkt einfach dass die Inhaberin mit sehr viel Freude am Werk ist. Lieben Dank und weiter so!
I'm happy that we have such a great fabric store. Very nice owner with a lot of professional competence, always friendly and tried hard. Great selection of fabrics and accessories and always up to date. You just notice that the owner is at work with a lot of joy. Thank you and keep it up!

Die letzte Bestellung eine reine Katastrophe!
Ich möchte etwas abklären, aber leider erreiche ich weder per E-Mail noch per Telefon noch per Instagram jemand.
Ich habe einen falschen Stoff geliefert bekommen, Fehler passieren und sind menschlich. Ich habe ein Zahlungsziel das ich einhalten soll aber das kann ich nicht weil ich seit 3 Wochen abklären möchte wie wir es machen ?! Ob ich den neuen Stoff bekomme oder ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme.
Per Facebook endlich mal eine Antwort bekommen das heißt man kennt das Problem seit 01.03.21 warte ich auf eine Antwort!! Langsam bin ich echt verärgert!!
Also wenn die Bestellung richtig abläuft ist alles in Ordnung. Aber wenn man eine falsche Bestellung bekommt dann braucht man viel Geduld und Zeit um herauszufinden wie man verbleibt!

I would like to clarify something, but unfortunately I cannot reach anyone by email, phone or Instagram.
I have received the wrong material, mistakes happen and are human. I have a payment term that I should keep but I can't because I've been wanting to clarify how we should do it for 3 weeks ?! Whether I get the new fabric or whether I get my money back.
Finally get an answer via Facebook that means you have known the problem since 03/01/21 I am waiting for an answer! I'm getting really upset !!
So if the order goes well, everything is fine. But if you get the wrong order then you need a lot of patience and time to find out how to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falscher Stoff zugeschickt bekommen, wochenlang angeschrieben und angerufen, wird alles ignoriert. Irgendwann ist jemand ans Telefon hin und meinte der Stoff wird sofort zugeschickt. Pustekuchen! Kann die positive Rezession nicht nachvollziehen und werde hier sicherlich nie wieder etwas bestellen!
If the wrong material is sent, written to and called for weeks, everything is ignored. At some point someone answered the phone and said the material would be sent immediately. Puff cake! Can't understand the positive recession and will certainly never order anything here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin super enttäuscht. Auch mir erging es in der Corona-Zeit so, dass Mails und Telefonate nicht beantwortet wurden oder erst nach mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme meinerseits extrem spät. Heute stand ich mit 2 weiteren Kunden 20 Minuten vor ihrem Geschäft - sie hielt es aber offensichtlich nicht für nötig ihren Laden aufzuschließen. Ich habe mich an ihre Mundfaulheit schon gewöhnt. Sie steht meist gelangweilt im Geschäft und zeigt sich nicht besonders interessiert. Die Stoffe sind sehr schön, aber das war es auch schon! Daher nur ein „Stern“.
I am super disappointed. During the Corona period, I also felt that emails and phone calls were not answered or only extremely late after several contacts on my part. Today I was standing in front of her shop for 20 minutes with 2 other customers - but she obviously didn't think it necessary to open her shop. I have already got used to their laziness in the mouth. She is usually bored in business and does not show that she is particularly interested. The fabrics are very beautiful, but that's about it! Hence just a "star".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Fragen, bekommt man keu e Antwort, egal ob per Mail, telefonisch oder per Facebook. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Sucht euch jemanden der mehr für seine Kunden da ist.... :)
If you have any questions, you won't get an answer, whether by e-mail, telephone or Facebook. Absolutely not recommended. Are you looking for someone who is more there for his customers.... :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich warte jetzt seit 14 Tagen auf meine Bestellung, da ich per Paypal gezahlt habe komme ich halbwegs unbeschadet aus der Nummer heraus. Kontaktaufnahme per Email oder Telefon scheitern an der Gegenseite - man bekommt schlicht keine Antworten und erreicht niemand.
Ich persönlich frage mich, warum man mit der Onlinebestellung wirbt aber das ganze so in den Sand setzt.
I've been waiting for my order for 14 days now, since I paid via PayPal, I can get out of the number reasonably unscathed. Contact by email or phone fails on the other side - you simply don't get any answers and you can't reach anyone.
Personally, I wonder why they advertise online ordering but screw up the whole thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieser Laden verfügt über eine sehr gute Auswahl an Stoffen und daher habe ich da sehr gern und viel bestellt. Bedauerlicherweise ist der Kundenservice jedoch mehr als unterirdisch. Im November bestellt und bis heute keine Ware erhalten sowie keine Tracking-ID. Mehrfach nach dem Stand der Bestellung gefragt und immer noch keine Ware. Zwischendurch eine kurze Mail, dass meine Mail im Spam gelandet ist und sie würde sich kümmern. Danach über zwei Mailaccounts angeschrieben sowie über Facebook, weiterhin keine Rückmeldung. Mittlerweile Anzeige wegen Warenbetrugs bei der Polizei erstattet. Daher rate ich von dem Kauf in dem Laden ab.
This store has a very good selection of fabrics and that's why I was very happy and ordered a lot from there. Unfortunately, however, the customer service is more than abysmal. Ordered in November and have not received any goods to date and no tracking ID. Asked several times about the status of the order and still no goods. In between a short mail that my mail ended up in spam and she would take care of it. After that I wrote to two email accounts and Facebook, still no response. In the meantime, a complaint has been filed with the police for goods fraud. Therefore, I advise against buying in the store.
