★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn ongelofelijke dank voor de fantastische wijze waarop u mijn helaas vroegtijdige terugvlucht vanuit Perth (Austr) naar Amsterdam heeft gerealiseerd van jl donderdag 16/17 november.
De gemoedstoestand van mijzelf was op dat moment aanzienlijk, de hulp die ik kreeg tot aan A, dam - Schiphol van één van uw medewerkers was ongelooflijk goed, menselijk en zeer professioneel.
Uit de grond van mijn hart dank ik u hiervoor heel hartelijk.
Wat een geweldige maatschappij!!

My incredible thanks for the fantastic way in which you realized my unfortunately early return flight from Perth (Austr) to Amsterdam from Thursday 16/17 November.
The state of mind of myself at that time was considerable, the help I received up to A, dam - Schiphol from one of your employees was incredibly good, human and very professional.
