★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a scam, I’ve ordered the 10 of June the solar panel with expected delivery 5 weeks and paid 7260 euro as down payment, after 5 weeks they told us they are delayed 4 weeks, after that after I constantly contacted them to have a delivery date in order to arrange the crane they sent me a mail telling me the delivery will be the 21 of August, and because of that I’ve shortened my holidays to come back to receive the panels ( in the meantime the whole renovations got delayed because of this).
This morning I’ve called them to confirm, and a secretary who pick up the phone told me she doesn’t know anything and all the people in charge we’re on holiday and she was there just to pick up the phone.
After arguing with her about my situation, I’ve got a call back from the sales who told me He doesn’t know when the panels will be ready and that He couldn’t reach the manufacturer and it was also his first time ordering from this manufacturer ( He obviously didn’t inform me of that a the moment of the order ) I was speechless, than I told him that I would cancel the order if I cannot the product as he promised, than he called me back to talk me the manufacturer was packaging the goods but he wasn’t sure to be able to arrange the delivery, now I’m waiting for his call tmr, in the meantime I’m wasting money with the contractor waiting for the panels. If He still won’t arrange the delivery next week I will have to call my lawyer and go to court. Outrageous and stressful, they sell you smoke and lies and than they for holiday.
