★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag hierheen gelopen omdat er bij de locatie in de Wagenstraat (die doorgaans beter is) een enorme rij stond. Eerder ben ik al eens bij deze locatie aan Korte Poten geweest en toen waren er vrijwel geen ingrediënten meer op voorraad. Vandaag kreeg ik wederom te horen dat meerdere ingrediënten (waaronder tapioca wat volgens mij vrij essentieel is) niet meer beschikbaar waren. Bovendien erg benauwd in de zaak. Volgende keer toch maar weer locatie Wagenstraat want twee keer geen voorraad vind ik nogal teleurstellend.
 Walked in here today because there was a huge queue at the location in Wagenstraat (which is usually better). I've been to this location on Korte Poten before and there were almost no ingredients left in stock. Today I was again told that several ingredients (including tapioca which I think is quite essential) were no longer available. In addition, very stuffy in the case. Next time I'll go back to Wagenstraat location because twice out of stock I find rather disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Découverte pour nous du bubble tea, on a pris base lait avec un au goût myrtille et l'autre à la fraise. Préférence pour la fraise, dommage qu'il n'y a que 2 tables pour s'assoir dehors, que la file d'attente était très longue (+- 25 min d'attente avant d'être servis, et que du coup le personnel est très froid et débordé... :/
Discovery for us of bubble tea, we took a milk base with a blueberry flavor and the other with strawberry. Preference for the strawberry, too bad that there are only 2 tables to sit outside, that the queue was very long (+ - 25 min waiting before being served, and suddenly the staff is very cold and overwhelmed ...: /

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (3 obvious tourists) went in today (13.08.20). The woman taking our order seemed a little unfriendly but we brushed it off. My husband paid via card and despite the machine telling him the card got accepted the employee told him to pay again cause her system didn't take it so he did. I then asked her again to see whether the payment worked the first time or not and she just brushed it off saying "no my system didn't register". We walked away but it bugged my husband so much that he went online to check out bank statement and guess what? It was booked twice. We walked all the way back and showed her our bank statement as to which she opened something in the computer to check our order and payment income or something? And gave us the money back without any apology or explanation. She should have checked it correctly the first time. Didn't seem like an honest mistake there the way she reacted. Service was unimpressive. We were disappointed to say the least.
