★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a regular customer at the shop, in Leiden and Rotterdam, but this time it disappoints me badly. I placed an usual order for me and my boyfriend which was 2 large &tea HIT with extra agar jelly. We have this drink so many time but this time both cups are so sour. I don’t know what ingredient is off, whether it is milk or jelly, but it is not usual &tea HIT. Since the shop is closed at the time I write this review, I can’t call them or do anything. I hope the shop owner could see this and fix this problem.

My favorite tea is the &Tea Signature with tapioca and cheese foam on top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were pretty friendly but the drink was really disappointing. Ordered a warm brown sugar tea but it was barely over room temperature. It tasted way too sweet and milky. No real flavor. Didn’t even finish the drink because of the taste, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive boba that’s actually very bland. And it comes in a cup that isn’t see-through, so you don’t really know what you’re getting. Based on the taste, I’d say you’re just getting milk.
