β β β β β We called Sitatronics to fix the kitchen hob ( ETNA brand) as two of the eyes on the cooktop were not working - he said it's not worth fixing - the electronic board was damaged and we can buy a new one appliance.We did (this time a BOsch) and he installed it but again the two eyes on the cooktop ( ceramic this time and not an induction ) did not work. When I called him back he said that he did nothing wrong and I should call the Bosch company as the product was defect. Bosch came and said the installation was not done properly because whoever did it connected the wires in the wrong way not giving the appliance enough power to work. We paid TWICE for a simple cooktop installation and if Sitatronics would identify that the issue was simple bad connection from the beginning we may never had to buy a new appliance and get rid of a perfectly good one.
