★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het personeel werkende op het kantoor van Van Dijk Witgoed service( Amsterdamse Witgoed Reparatie) is erg onprofessioneel! na 4 keer bellen is de reparateur niet komen opdagen en werd de verbinding verbroken terwijl ik aan de telefoon was. Vervolgens zou de reparateur de volgende dag komen waar wij weer over moesten nabellen aangezien hij niet op tijd was. Twee keer erg teleur stellende ervaring gehad met personeel op hoofdkantoor die ons niet vriendelijk te woord stonden en zelf niet met een oplossing kwamen. De nieuwe vaatwas machine was binnen 2 dagen weer kapot. 850 euro kwijt. Advies: kies een ander bedrijf om uw vaatwasser te laten repareren.
 The staff working at the office of Van Dijk Witgoed service (Amsterdam White Goods Repair) is very unprofessional! after calling 4 times the repairman did not show up and the connection was broken while I was on the phone. Then the repairman would come the next day which we had to call back about as he was not on time. Twice very disappointing experience with staff at head office who did not speak to us kindly and did not come up with a solution themselves. The new dishwasher was broken again within 2 days. 850 euros lost. Advice: choose another company to have your dishwasher repaired.

Mijn vriend heb ik ook contact opgenomen met dit bedrijf. Na een telefoontje konden we direct een afspraak maken voor de volgende dag omdat ik ook in amsterdam woon en de man die langs kwam heeft ons zeer goed geholpen met het repareren van onze wasmachine. Er bleek een storing te zijn en er kwam een oude muntje ergens tevoorschijn Al om al waren de heren 25 minuten bezig en heeft dit ons niet zoveel gekost.
Wij kunnen weer een tijdje door met onze wasmachine.

I also contacted my friend with this company. After a phone call, we could immediately make an appointment for the next day because I also live in Amsterdam and the man who came by helped us very well with repairing our washing machine. There appeared to be a malfunction and an old coin appeared somewhere. Even though the gentlemen were busy for 25 minutes and this did not cost us that much.
We can continue with our washing machine for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like the service at all i dont recommend to anyone .They are changing the part cost which is not correct .They offfer me belt cost of washing machine which is just 45 euro if i order it online and they are taking 120 euro for same belt .This is cheating .

- If you book the appointment via phone call their misinformed agents will not tell you anything about price for different service. They will dodge all price related questions by saying that the handyman will tell you.
- even if are already aware of the problem and just book an appointment for a handyman just to fix it they will charge you irrespective of the problem is fixed or not.
- Unprofessional people doesn’t even know how to talk to customers and there faulty system doesn’t even record calls. So you have no way to prove what you have actually requested for. This company is for money extortion.
