Howevr it's tank was showing 75% full and I drive with them to petrol station to fill it. And the pump could not be triggered. But the guy was saying it is like this when it is full!!! However they wanted to offer Kia Rio instead and not one level up since I book here frequently and also a gold member and also they could not check the car physical before rental. I hope they improve it.

When picking up the car, I did my inspection and found a minor scratch (around 2 cm) on a bumper, told it to the guy to report it but he said (and I quote) “it’s too small to be mentioned”. Guess what, when returning the car now that was important and they want to charge me with the cost to fix that. What a scam. You have an opportunity to learn from my mistakes, don’t trust them at all.
