It was my very first time renting a car at sixt
The GLASSES guy helped me :)
I arrived signed and when i told him i have no idea what car class was good he walked out with me and told me about the cars i appreciate that :) i Chose the bmw 3 serie i330 not sure but it was a really nice and New car !!
When I returned the car it Literally took 2 min car keys and have a good day !
In the future i will definitely rent here more often !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be carefull. Make sure that when u bring the car back they check it directly and let them sign paper that car is ok. I have rent a car, they checked it when i brought it back (we walked around the car). Everything was ok, I got my deposit back and 2 weeks later they charge me for old damages that were on the list of previous damages. So even Sixt employers u cant trust, get that paper when u bring it back!

The shop assistant was very professional and friendly which helps start your holiday positively. Affordable and safe vehicles, Kleve branch Germany well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely great Sixt location! All cars are BMW, Audi, Mercedes or Volkswagen. This location is finally proving their well known BMW promotions. Way better than Dutch locations where they allmost never have the booked car available.
Even more important;
I lost my phone during the reservation and did not notice I lost it in the car. They were that great to call me to tell they found a phone and asked if I maybe lost it. Absolutely recommended. Will definitely come back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service I received by Sixt in Years. I am a life long and satisfied customer however recently encountered a case that blows my mind. I was contacted beforehand that a booked car class is not available and I could only receive a car in a lower class (see email screenshot). Now, after the rental and despite more than one written confirmation of a refund, I am being told that the difference cannot be refunded. This is outright wrong and really surprises me. I am looking into additional ways of getting my money back now, this is not how you treat your customers. Wish I would have known about this upfront.
