★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woon toch al weer 25 jaar in De Pijp, maar ontdek dan toch deze ambachtelijke slager. één van de besten, zo niet de beste in De Pijp. Voor mij iets uit de loop, maar wat een toppers. Supervers en erg mooi vlees, hele lekkere vleeswaren, lekkerste grilworst en een superaardig slagers-stel.
 Have lived in De Pijp for 25 years, but discover this traditional butcher. one of the best if not the best in De Pijp. Something out of the loop for me, but what a top. Super fresh and very nice meat, very tasty cold cuts, tastiest grilled sausage and a super nice butchers set.

Top, favourite butcher in the city - and always with a wide smile on the face! Although I moved to the west, I always take the extra mile to shop the best meat for our dinners.
