β β β β β Fijne slagerij met oog voor ambacht! Heb net deze heerlijke specialiteit geproefd. Biltong, Biltong is de naam voor een versnapering gemaakt van gedroogde reepjes vlees. De lekkernij wordt voornamelijk in Zuid-Afrika bereid en gegeten maar nu dus ook in Middelburg, Zeeland.
 Fine butcher shop with an eye for craftsmanship! I just tasted this delicious specialty. Biltong, Biltong is the name for a snack made from dried strips of meat. The delicacy is mainly prepared and eaten in South Africa, but now also in Middelburg, Zeeland.

β β β β β Gisteren in de winkel geweest en een mooi stuk Wagyu gekocht. Deze slager verkoopt echt mooie spullen die je ergens anders niet kan krijgen. Kom hier zeker een keer weer.
Been in the shop yesterday and bought a nice piece of Wagyu. This butcher sells really beautiful things that you can't get elsewhere. Definitely come here again.

Top butcher! Delicious artisanal meat from the region. Own sausage factory, hmmmmm. Friendly people.

β β β β β My family and I bought some meat on short notice for our silvester fondue. The cashier recommended the meat we got particulary for fondue (at a high price). Unfortunately the meat was full of tendons and very difficult to cut, impossible to cut into nice pieces. We were very disappointed, especially because the cashier told us how good the meat was.
I wouldnt even give one star, if that was possible.
The pictures attached show, how much usable meat was left after cutting of the not edible parts. I didnt expect that much leftover for highly recommended fondue meat that cost 40β¬!
