Lekker gourmetten en fonduen bij Slagerij Traiteur de Staatslieden.
Gourmetten en fondue, gezellig tafelen met vrienden en familie. Ieder bereidt zijn eigen stukje vlees. Speciaal daarvoor leveren wij heerlijke vleesschotels met veel vleesvariatie. De schotels kunnen eventueel aangevuld worden met onze sauzen, salades, stokbrood en kruidenboter.

Ended up having a great, educational time within 4 hours, guzzling a whole bottle of wine to myself, and taking home enough food for three dinners for two. I learned how to butcher, make sausages and prepare schnitzels, whilst tasting 12-hour stewed pork cheeks, barbecued loin and pork charcuterie. I thoroughly recommend this course.
They have definitely won me over.

- their products are from local farms
- they are skilled and well versed in preparing meat cuts (and very patient when requested for a particular way of providing a cut)
- they are always welcoming, cheerful and with great customer service.
Providing great advice and taking the time to understand what the customer wishes to achieve.
Their dry aged cote de boef is exceptional
