We hebben keuze uit rundergehakt, kalfsgehakt en op verzoek lamsgehakt. De bekendste gehakt is wel ons Jordaans gehakt, een half-om-half specialiteit, waar onze klanten speciaal voor komen. Deze wordt het meest gebruikt voor een ouderwetse gebraden bal gehakt bij de stamppot. Op een pond gehakt kunt u er een rauw eitje en een beschuitje (of paneermeel) door mengen. Dan wordt de bal iets minder compact. Is in principe niet nodig, maar kan wel. Ons gehakt is ook geschikt voor Italiaanse gerechten zoals spaghetti bolognese. Je proeft de smaak evengoed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality traditional butcher, with a long history in the district and widely known. Lots of choice. Can get crowded on a Saturday. If it is crowded, they use a queuing system, where you take a ticket with a number on from a machine, and await your number. They used to be cash only, but now accept bank card (but not credit card) payments.
