De bediening is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echter, voor een klein Hoppe-sleuteltje 13 euro vragen (op internet 1,70 per stuk, maar in tienvoud bestellen) gaat me echt wat te ver. Voelt niet goed. Meneer achter de kassa rekent nu opeens €200 en wil aanbetaling niet retourneren op het moment dat wij aangeven dat dit veel te duur is (zelfde set met cilinder en sleutels kost bij andere slotenmakers maximaal €168!! Vervolgens heeft meneer de verkoper mijn vriendin aan het huilen gemaakt met zijn asociale opmerkingen. AFRADER! Is zelfs 1 ster niet waard! Edit n.a.v. antwoord: 1. Mevrouw voelde zich niet op haar gemak toen ze asociaal werd aangesproken. Dit is ook de reden waarom ze uiteindelijk heeft betaald (anders €75 de prullenbak in) 2. Als professional hoort u een goede beoordeling van de prijs van het product te geven. Indien de prijs niet klopt hoort u eerst contact met ons op te nemen alvorens 25% meer kosten te berekenen 3. U bent wettelijk verplicht niet meer dan 10% af te wijken van de prijsindicatie (dus maximaal €165 te rekenen). Dit heeft u niet gedaan Beware! Antisocial scammers !!!
