Maar zodra je te maken krijgt met 'kantoor' heb je te maken met een salesafdeling van grensdebielen. Ooit een offerte gevraagd, nooit gekregen. Daarna informatie gevraagd waarop men zei geen offerte meer uit te brengen want 'we zijn geen offerte fabriek'. Men luistert dus niet en is dan ook nog eens arrogant. Serieus klaar met deze club. The people in the store are helpful and friendly. We have been a customer for years. But as soon as you deal with 'office' you are dealing with a sales department of borderline souls. Ever asked for a quote, never got it. After that, information was requested, on which they said they would no longer issue an offer because 'we are not a quotation factory'. People do not listen and are also arrogant. Seriously done with this club.

Een offerte ontvangen duurt minstens twee weken en dat is alleen als je er zelf achteraan belt. De mensen die je aan de telefoon krijgt zijn ook niet vies van smoesjes ("Ik zie toevallig net m'n collega lopen met uw offerte.", "Bij het vorige bezoek is verteld dat het niet meer hoefde" etc.). The engineers are friendly and helpful, but the organization at the office is sadly bad. Receiving a quote takes at least two weeks and that is only if you call after it yourself. The people you get on the phone are also not averse to excuses ("I just happen to see my colleague walking with your quote.", "It was told on the previous visit that it was no longer necessary" etc.).

Zulke medewerkers moet je niet in dienst houden, maar vervanger opleiden! The specialist employee was ill the first time for a copy of a car key. A year later still. 80 km for nothing! Ookal ik op de weg met pech sta ga ik ze nooit meer bellen. Very bad thing I think. Received a new key with "new" housing today. Yes "new" chinese. + The logo is not there.
