Telefonisch contact gehad en zelfs na sluitingstijd langs mogen komen. Cartridge werk nu perfect. TOP SERVICE!! ! Cartridges ordered, very fast delivery. Just had a problem with installing (RTFM (Read the f. Cking manual)). 1 cartridge was found not to work. Had telephone contact and can even come by after closing time. Cartridge now works perfectly. TOP SERVICE !! !

Bas heeft veel geduld want soms begreep ik niet de beschrijving maar geen probleem Hij kan goed uitleggen via de telefoon, zeer snel met antwoorden van de e-mails zelfs in de weekeind. Al dacht ik vaker dat ik maandag een antwoord zo pas krijgen, maar nee de zelf dag nog Ik had een MG 5350 van Canon printer de inkt gekocht bij Smart Inkt alles geïnstalleerd alles werkt Maar kreeg steeds probleem met de chip Bas gaaf me een tip je kan beter een printer kopen zonder chip, en toen verteld hij me dat brother printers geen chip hebben Ik ging op zoek naar zo Brother en deze gebruik ik nou En het werkt perfect, de inkt mocht ik ruilen voor een andere van de merk Brother En weer contact via de telefoon en hij ging weer alles rustige vertellen want ik snap weer niet hoe de klep dicht moest krijgen Naar de telefoontje ging hij toch weer dicht En daarom vind ik dat Smart inkt een goed bedrijf is en Bas heeft een hart voor zijn klanten Andere bedrijven mogen een voorbeeld aannemen en daarom 5 steren Very good company, nothing to complain about! Inkt-navulling werkt eenvoudig en hij print weer uitstekend! Top service, very good and friendly help by Bas. E-mail contact is fast. Purchasing in the store is pleasant. Ink refill works easily and it prints great again!
N	NVS Design on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb in oktober 2012 het CISS inkt systeem voor mijn Epson A3 printer gekocht bij Smartink en ik ben hier uitermate tevreden over. Installatie was makkelijk met de bijgeleverde handleiding en het printen gaat prima. In het begin had ik wat problemen met luchtbellen in de slangen, maar dankzij het advies van Smartink kon ik deze problemen oplossen. Af en toe heb ik wat last van vlekken in mijn prints, maar dat is meestal nadat ik een dag of 2 niets geprint heb. Dan is het een kwestie van een cleaning geven en het werkt weer. Ander pluspunt: Het is stukken voordeliger als losse cartridges! I bought the CISS ink system for my Epson A3 printer from Smartink in October 2012 and I am extremely satisfied with this. Installation was easy with the enclosed manual and printing is fine. In the beginning I had some problems with air bubbles in the hoses, but thanks to the advice from Smartink I was able to solve these problems. Occasionally I have some problems with stains in my prints, but that is usually after I have not printed for a day or two. Then it's a matter of giving a cleaning and it works again. Another plus: It is much cheaper as individual cartridges!
P	Piet Brys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestelde een basis-set voor het navullen van canon MP220 cartridge. Levering liep fout door een vergissing van mij (typfout) in het opgeven van het leveradres. De bestelling werd terug naar afzender gestuurd. Begrijpelijk dat ik dan een verzendkost zou moeten betalen om het pakket opnieuw (in België !) te laten leveren. Smart Ink deed dit echter toch kosteloos en effectief vandaag, twee dagen later, ontving ik het bestelde materiaal. Prima service dus. Waarvoor dank. Mijn printer doet het ondertussen ook weer dankzij het handig na-vulsysteem. Zeer tevreden met het product én met de service. Ordered a basic set for refilling canon MP220 cartridge. Delivery was wrong due to a mistake by me (typing error) in specifying the delivery address. The order was sent back to the sender. Understandable that I would have to pay a shipping cost to have the package delivered again (in Belgium!). However, Smart Ink did this free of charge and effective today, two days later, I received the ordered material. Good service. Thank you for that. My printer is now doing it again thanks to the handy after-filling system. Very satisfied with the product and with the service.
D	Dan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb een zeer slechte ervaring met deze webshop. Ik had bij Smart ink Cartridges en inktflesjes besteld voor een Epson printer. Helaas lekte deze inkt bij het printen. Toen ik de officiële cartridges van Epson nog gebruikte had ik hier geen last van. Ook heeft het lekken van het inkt mijn printkop aangetast. Ook beschuldigd Smart ink mij dat ik de cartridges verkeerd gebruikt heb. Dit heb ik niet gedaan en de cartridges gebruikt volgens de instructie video wat op hun website staat. Ik heb toen het product retour gestuurd binnen de bedenktijd wat 14 dagen is. Smart ink beweert niks ontvangen te hebben maar als ik op de website van PostNL de track & trace bekijk is het aangetekent pakket op 8 mei 16:10 bezorgd. Smart ink weigert een terugbetaling te doen. Nu heb ik dus geen product en een aangetaste printkop. Doe geen zaken met deze webshop! I have a very bad experience with this webshop. I had ordered Cartridges and ink bottles for an Epson printer from Smart ink. Unfortunately, this ink leaked during printing. When I still used the official Epson cartridges, I had no problems with this. Also the leakage of the ink has affected my print head. Smart ink also accuses me of misusing the cartridges. I did not do this and used the cartridges according to the instruction video on their website. I then returned the product within the reflection period, which is 14 days. Smart ink claims not to have received anything, but when I check the track & trace on the PostNL website, the registered package was delivered on May 8, 16:10. Smart ink refuses to issue a refund. So now I have no product and an affected printhead. Do not do business with this webshop!
