In August I ordered 2 monster burger that were delicious.
Tonight I ordered 2 bacon and egg but the bread wasn't fresh, the taste was so dry and one of the sandwich was burnt on a side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute best Phillies cheesesteak in Amsterdam, by far. These guys don't use cheesewiz but their sauce is the bomb. The whole sandwich cost 10€, the amount of meat is enormous. Just needs more caramelized onion. Other than that 9.5 ? out of 10.

Today i did an order here mainly because i was curious of their "Handmade fries", it was 19 35, via Uber (delivered by themselves). Expected delivery time 20:05/20:25, arrived at 21:10.
When I opened the box I found typical fastfood fries to me and I felt a bit disappointed. I chew the burger to find it was not cooked inside so I called them looking for some kind of help, for example a new hamburger. First time, after replying, at one point they ended up the phonecall... second attempt when i said again " Sorry I can't eat the burger because it's not cooked inside", they replied "it's medium cooked", then "sorry we can't help, this is how we serve burgers here".
From my experience I suggest other places.

Fries were not very hot though and a bit soggy, burger was fine, onion rings were great & crispy even though there was a paper bag, they forgot the extra sauce I had ordered and paid for, but the owner handled it very professionally and said sorry (which so may restaurants seem to forget these days) and offered a sauce refund OR a new delivery of the sauce.
I did not accept it as the fries were finished by then but it is very nice of him nonetheless!
Delivery guy was honest & polite.

So I work mostly nights, yesterday I ordered the philly cheese steak which I liked so today I ordered it again, I was really looking forward to it when it arrived I was flabbergasted. Unfortunately they thought it would be a good idea to give me bread with wettish minced hamburger meat in it without cheese LOL
So my philly cheese steak came with
NO STEAK
NO CHEESE
I called the restaurant and a guy named Bashar started arguing with me calling me a liar.. can you even believe it? I am so incredibly infuriated right now I am absolutely fuming! This won't be the last you have heard from me. I literally have no food to eat now and my shift ends at 6am! I have never spoken to such a rude person clearly you have no idea how to keep your customers satisfied.
