My advice - for delivery send the cola always in a can even if we need to add a fee.

It’s supposed to be a fast food chain, and in this store you can easily wait for 20 minutes at least for your food while you can see the staff standing talking to each other when people are waiting for their food. I like mc donalds, but I’m not coming back to this one. I gave it several chances but it’s not worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is incredible that at a McDonalds in Amsterdam you can’t pay with a card. There is no sign warning customer. After spending 20 min trying to pay, went to the cashier that also didn’t accepted cards. There was a McDonalds employee moving thru the self ordering machines but not warning the customers about the problem.
For a McDonalds this is not a valid service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids love it! But half of the times I am home already and there is something missing. Check before you leave to go. Manager needs to learn customer service. Order complaint and he cant be fudged to talk to an agitated person nor apologize. He was the one that fulfilled our bag. Also one of the staff likes to fire back words and no action from manager. Thumbs down ?
