★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong birth date and a certificate valid in EU only (which was not what I asked for). Instead of provide the right certificate and adjust the birth date, the attendant suggested to book a new test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unresponsive as a company and inconsiderate about their customers. What was promised as PCR with results in 24hrs came in 32hrs resulting in me almost not being able to travel and absolutely no personnel to assist on any of their contact points!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Person at the station Daniël Goedkoopstraat. Fast test results for the antigen-test. But for me the most horrible test I ever had. Too deep and after I said it hurts and toke my head a bit backwards she didn't stopped. My nose still hurts. That's s a no-go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promises on their website that if you test before noon you get the results before midnight....that is is lie. Also when you try calling them on different numbers they don't answer. Then on whatsapp they say they do not promise to provide results in 24 hours. Not helpful and misleading! Avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do NOT recommend this test provider. It was the opposite of fast ("snelle"). It took 40 hours to get the result of a simple PCR test which delayed all the other paperwork for the trip. The staff in the test location was rude and un-cooperative. There was no cohesion between what they say on the phone and what people at the test location can do. If you are on a tight schedule, choose a different test provider. For 90 EUR there are many better and faster alternatives.
