★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb net mijn brillen (1+1 gratis) opgehaald bij filiaal Gelderlandplein en ben weer super geholpen door Cheyenne en Jerry, wat een toppers zijn dat! Bekwaam, deskundig, geduldig en vriendelijk zijn woorden om hen te beschrijven.
Ik zit dit te schrijven met mijn nieuwe multifocale bril op mijn neus! Wat een genot!
Ik had de stap om een nieuwe bril aan te schaffen jaren eerder moeten nemen!!!

 I just picked up my glasses (1 + 1 for free) at the Gelderlandplein branch and have been helped very much by Cheyenne and Jerry, what toppers they are! Competent, knowledgeable, patient, and kind are words to describe them.
I'm writing this with my new progressive glasses on my nose! What a joy!
I should have taken the step to buy new glasses years earlier !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a very rude staff member that makes you feel unwanted. They clearly don’t want (or need) your business. After feeling like I was kicked out, I bought my glasses from another place in the mall which was slightly more expensive but much more friendlier and helpful. I would highly recommend to stay away from this store if you don’t want to get scolded by strangers for wanting to buy stuff from them.

They gave me few minutes to see the models for myself (also offered some assistance but wasn't needed), after I choose the model, Jerry helped me check my diopters, which took just a moment, and after 10 minutes I already had my glasses with me. Just perfect.
