We hadden recent een artikel gekocht wat helaas stuk was gegaan, maar gelukkig kregen we een geheel nieuw exemplaar. Goede service is erg belangrijk, dat zorgt er o.a. voor dat wij hier zullen blijven komen om lekker te shoppen :) Good service today in the store in the Grote Houtstraat in Haarlem. We recently bought an item that unfortunately broke, but luckily we got a brand new one. Good service is very important, that ensures that we will continue to come here to shop :)
M	Michel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie winkel, weinig op voorraad. Wel geven ze aan dat als ze het niet hebben, ze het op kunnen sturen… Tsja, dat kan ik zelf ook voor minder. Dat is niet het winkelen zoals het bedoeld is. Verder vind ik de gasten die je helpen onverschillig. Nice store, few in stock. They do indicate that if they don't have it, they can send it to them… Well, I can do that myself for less. That's not shopping the way it's meant to be. Furthermore, I find the guests who help you indifferent.

Super good service at Snipes Haarlem! I came back with sneakers that came off on a seam too quickly and the problem was fixed right away. Nice staff too.

R	Randy Chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited one of your stores in Haarlem, I bought a pair of sneakers and was treated very poorly by a male staff, bearded and rather tall. I requested for a size 9 US (which was a 43), he gave me a 41 (8 US/7UK). As a tourist, I though that it might be a sizing difference between NL and US. I made the purchase after he argued that "the leather would stretch". I returned to the shop after a meal because something didn't feel right. When I requested for a 43 from another (darker skinned, skinnier) retail staff member, he walked past me and made a very sacarstic remark, "2 sizes bigger, wow!" and gestured his hand like it was "hot" by fanning himself. If he has given me the size that I requested for, this would NOT have occurred. Also, I asked for tax-free papers. My tax claim 20% of 150€ was rejected because the form was improperly filled out. So clearly that male staff, who was working in the Haarlem, Netherlands store on February 20 did not do his job well. Customer service was bad, work was incomplete and your customer lost out because of that. So can you please tell me, is it something wrong with your hiring policy, that has resulted in this unpleasant experience? Or is he stupid and incompetent? It's not a hard job. You don't have to go to school for this.
