Een opvolging van bureaucratische acties, en mensen die het spoor bijster zijn, het enige wat ze kunnen is zeggen dat de desbetreffende persoon niet aanwezig is. Allemaal zwakzinnige die binnen een week zouden sneuvelen bij een commercieel bedrijf. Crooks at the top! They don't work here! A succession of bureaucratic actions, and people who are lost, all they can say is that the person concerned is not present. All mentally retarded who would die within a week at a commercial company.
A	Appie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20jaar op 1adres gewoond,met mijn 87 jarige moeder,na trombose&revalidatie in verzorgtehuis gekomen waar ze na 3wk is overleden aan milde corona met morfine,omdat ik geen geld heb om te verhuizen heb ik van alles gedaan om op het adres te blijven mogen wonen.had haar net officeel 3dagen voor overlijden overgeschreven,dus was toen pas op dat adres ingeschreven.Het gaat om plus/minus 3dagen maar vertikken het om de eenmalige overlijdensuitkering uit te betalen,omdat tijdens overlijden,niet bij elkaar en op zelfde adres woonden.Heb je 20jaar onder 1dak gewoond&zeker 8jaar mantelzorg geleverd.Laten ze je voor die 3dagen gewoon zitten.Het is schande hoe iedereen met mensen omgaan.Ik gaf alles op voor zorg te leveren&aan het eind laten ze je in de kou staan. Lived at 1 address for 20 years, with my 87-year-old mother, after thrombosis & rehabilitation came to a nursing home where she died after 3 weeks of mild corona with morphine, because I have no money to move I have done everything to continue living at the address. had just officially transferred her 3 days before death, so was only registered at that address then. It is about plus/minus 3 days, but they refuse to pay the one-off death benefit, because during death, they did not live together and at the same address. you lived under 1 roof for 20 years & at least 8 years of care provided. Let them just sit you down for those 3 days. It's a shame how everyone treats people. I gave up everything to provide care & at the end they leave you out in the cold.

Even though I presented them all papers stating that I do not live in NL anymore, have no income from there and etc. it took them months to make a decision (still not finished). They were supposed to give me a response in 6 weeks! I had to constantly get in touch with them and expedite them in order to find out eventually that they need more data... I am writing this out of frustration because all my complaints to them by email do not have any impact - they simply do not respond!
