On the day the installation team arrived on time, were helpful and polite and it was not a problem that I speak very little Dutch, they spoke English. They worked really hard and only took a break once the work was completed. I am really impressed with everyone throughout this experience.

w	wouter de jong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth and tidy installation, all up and running in less than 4 hours. Delivery right on time, although it was mentioned that a window of +2 hours should be allowed. Installation of Growatt ShineLAN module is via ethernet to my home network. But I have concerns on the security. After installation of the Shine app, I set a private password in the app. The module should connect to the cloud and Shine server: I have no insight who else can connect to the module through my private Network. This looks like a potential security exposure. Another aspect : the installers left boxes, packing material behind. No big deal, there are paper recycle containers. But unfortunately there is also material which I can't put in the bin, like 4 pieces (40cm each) of metal. Would have been nice if non-recyclable materials were not left behind.

However, communication can be improved though: I would've expected SolarNRG to call me since the installers came 2 hours late. Communication can also be improved on how long an installation is expected to take (in my case it was 5 hours! from 16.30 to 21.30, which is pretty late).

A little disturbed by what looked like greasy spots in the centre of each panel, but we think those have cleared up. We were expecting to hear about a monitoring app within 2 weeks, but may have misunderstood this, and cannot find solarnrg in the IOS apps store.
