Waited over two months for a quotation, really bad service.

Save yourself time and agony and choose any other natural stone company. SolidNature had us sign a contract on a stone that was not actually available, and only told us this after we had put down a 75% deposit. They promised to find a stone that looked liked the original. They told us we were being too picky, they always rushed us out of the warehouse. We gave them four months to find a stone and they never did. The problem with SolidNature’s business is they bring you into a spectacular showroom but then when it comes to finding an actual stone they rush you through the process and stick you with limited options. The difference in the stone was so grievous that the lawyer we had to hire said, “there’s normally no case to be made in natural stone but everyone at our firm agrees this is egregious.” The experience certainly felt like being conned, as SolidNature never offered solutions and was happy to keep our 75% deposit until we got lawyers involved. Frustrating experience ending in a settlement. Would absolutely recommend you take your business elsewhere. The primary issue was that we never got an accurate description of what we were actually buying from them. We were splurging on a kitchen countertop and wanted one beautiful piece of natural stone as our countertop / backsplash. We visited the warehouse and selected a piece we thought was perfect. They mocked up the piece for us, we approved it, and signed the paperwork. After the paperwork was signed they informed us that the slab we chose had actually been sold already, and that they would use it "only for reference". They would send photos from the quarry of the "stone we'd purchased", which was significantly different from the reference stone we'd signed the contract in relation to. The stone they were selling us now had a crack through it that we wanted to avoid. Wanting to be flexible, we adapted our plans, and they told us we could cut around the crack so that we wouldn't have it on the final countertop. We approved the slab on this understanding. When the slab arrived at the warehouse we went to see it in person for approval, but it was yet another different slab with an even larger dark line through it that we couldn't cut around. At this point, we did not have faith in SN to manage our project and cancelled our project to find another company to work with. From the beginning they had sold us on a stone that wasn't actually available and they couldn't actually deliver. They had already had four months to find a stone that looked like the one they had originally sold us. SN then insisted that they keep our 75% upfront payment if we chose to cancel. When SN insisted that they keep the money we'd paid, we involved our legal insurance to come to a settlement and recover a significant portion of what we'd already paid. 6+ months of hassle and constant disappointment really soured our experience, but fortunately we went elsewhere and are now very pleased! We would highly recommend working with Jan Reek Natuursteen, they delivered a gorgeous slab to us in one month for less money than SN and with excellent customer service.

Visited Solid Nature early September; I am an Interior designer based out of HK and AMS working on an office and showroom space for an Italian client in China, at the moment. The variety of stones, from all over the world, is incredible. They are like pieces of art. I had a very warm welcome and Mrs Elise, from Solid Nature, also introduced me to a local architect a few days later, which was very kind and helpful. I felt very spoiled; amazing service and products! Thank you!!

As an interior designer I love working with Solid Nature, great service and lots of possibilities due to their in house 3d machines. Elise helps me a long while Tom takes over the production proces, both very pleasant to work with. Looking forward to our next project together.

Solid Nature is a great company with beautiful products! They have a big variety of natural stones and everything is possible. Their service is very fast and friendly and they think along with you regarding your specific needs and desires. Therefor we were able to create a real art piece of stone (shower and floor) together. Very thankful!

Terrible experience. The service of Solid Nature is terrible and the product they deliver (bar with led-lighting) breaks within 2 years. They installed the bar incorrectly so they cannot easily replace the led lighting and now send me an offer to replace the Led light for 7500 euros ... I recommend anybody who considers working with them to take their business elsewhere.

I cannot believe how bad the service is of this Company Solid nature. They deliver stones with led lighting, however when it breaks they do not want to come and fix it, they don't want to take responsibility for their own work, it breaks after 1.5 years. I suggest for anybody who wants a durable solution and good service to try any other company but Solid Nature
