He was extremely helpful and committed to finding the right cymbal all three times I visited the shop for the hunt. Best, most welcoming drum store I have been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At long last I found a 1970's Ludwig 402 snare drum in great condition. Beppe was quick to respond and very accommodating / responsive to my questions.
The snare arrived three days after payment and was well wrapped to ensure safe passage. The snare is exactly as detailed - Beppe sent through some excellent photos - and I'm delighted with it.
Great service - highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Make sure you work out every little detail as to what you are receiving. Don't trust pictures or the description. He kept pieces at his own discretion and then attempted to sell them to me. I do not like leaving bad reviews for businesses. If I thought it was just a misunderstanding, I wouldn't. That is not the case here. When I received my packages I simply asked why I didn't get two pieces. His answer was "I forgot to send one piece and the other piece wasn't included". This from a business that will incessantly inform you how top notch and professional they are.
