★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein super Kiosk der auf unsere Wünsche eingeht und innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein Teil seines Geschäftes mit Shisha Produkten gefüllt hat.
Hier bekommt man einfach alles und dass 7 Tage die Woche.
Den Namen SOS habt ihr definitiv verdient man findet alles was man zu Not braucht?
Super dass es euch gibt.

Here you can get everything and that 7 days a week.
You definitely deserve the name SOS you can find everything you need in an emergency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor einiger Zeit eine recht teure shisha gekauft. Dabei fehlte von 4 Anschlüssen eine Ventil Kugel. Ok die sind nicht sehr teuer. Dan habe ich dort einen Schlauch und ein Glas Mundstück gekauft. Das mund Stück habe ich am 1.8. Gekauft und heute ist es beim shisha rauchen vorne am Mund geplatzt. Ich hatte Glück das ich es da nur in der Hand gehalten habe und nicht am Mund. Nun war ich gleich darauf dort wo man mir sagt sowas passiert das tauschen wir nicht aus... Sry aber für mich ist das ein Material fehler wenn dort Spannung im Glas ist. Und fällt unter Gewährleistung. Die Mitarbeiter haben keine Ahnung von solchen Abläufen und müssen jeden dritten Preis per Whats app erfragen. Der Laden sieht mich nicht mehr.
I bought quite an expensive shisha some time ago. One valve ball was missing from 4 connections. Ok they are not very expensive. Then I bought a hose and a glass mouthpiece there. I got the mouthpiece on 1.8. Bought and today it popped the front of the mouth while smoking shisha. I was lucky that I only held it in my hand and not my mouth. Now I was right there where I was told something like that happened, we won't exchange it ... Sry but for me this is a material defect if there is tension in the glass. And is under warranty. The employees have no idea about such processes and have to inquire about every third price via WhatsApp. The shop doesn't see me anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kaufe ständig dort Shisha Zubehör und war immer super zufrieden! Letztens habe ich leider schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Ich habe wieder mal Tabak, Kohle etc gekauft und haben noch einen Eisschlauch gekauft. Am nächsten Tag (!) ist uns aufgefallen dass der Kühlakku ein Loch hatte und wollte es nur umtauschen, nicht mal das Geld zurück. Die Mitarbeiterin konnte wohl leider nichts machen, was ich gar nicht nachvollziehen kann. Leider nichts von Kundenservice oder Lösungsorient zu sehen!
I constantly buy shisha accessories there and was always super satisfied! Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience recently. I bought tobacco, coal etc. again and bought an ice hose. The next day (!) We noticed that the cold pack had a hole and just wanted to exchange it, not even the money back. Unfortunately, the employee couldn't do anything that I can't understand. Unfortunately nothing to see from customer service or solution orientation!
