★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Anfang November ein Handy vertrag abgeschlossen, mir wurde versprochen das ich mein iphone 12 pro nach 2-3 Wochen bekomme habe dann nach 4 Wochen dort angerufen die meinten ja tut uns leid wird sich verzögern sie müssen leider wieder 2-3 Wochen warten und das immer wieder und wir haben jetzt den 11.02.2021 es sind jetzt 4 Monate um und ich habe immer noch mein Handy nicht erhalten und seit Mitte Januar geht an Telefon auch keiner ran der shop ist geschlossen wegen Corona stehe jetzt ohne handy da.
Also fühle mich schon krass verarscht von denen !!!!
 I signed a mobile phone contract at the beginning of November, I was promised that I would get my iphone 12 pro after 2-3 weeks and then called after 4 weeks who said yes, we are sorry, will be delayed, unfortunately they have to wait 2-3 weeks again that again and again and it's now 02/11/2021 it's now 4 months and I still haven't received my cell phone and no one has answered the phone since mid-January the shop is closed due to Corona I am now without a cell phone.
So I already feel ripped off by them !!

I turned the old phones and gave an extra phone from 1 galaxy series because I was a 1-year customer and they said that since you are our 1-year customer, we turn the old phones and give you a new phone and you pay 1 year old and you pay the new one. I am paying €

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann diesen Shop wirklich nicht empfehlen! Ich bin seit vielen Jahren bei Vodafone Kunde & immer zufrieden gewesen. Aber seitdem ich in diesem Shop ein Vertrag zu bestimmten Konditionen abgeschlossen habe, funktionierte gar nichts mehr, wie vereinbart. Monatelange Betrug die Rechnung zu hoch, ich zahlte (durch deren Fehler) plötzlich für 2 weitere Rufnummern.
Man ließ mich sehr oft da antanzen , man wird vertröstet und allein gelassen. Ab dem 2.Lockdorn fühlte sich plötzlich niemand mehr zuständig.
Am Ende hat nur eine Beschwerde an Vodafone telefonisch notwendig gewesen und dort wurde einem geholfen und die Tarife storniert, die man nie abgeschlossen hat und zu viel gezahlt hat. Nun zahle ich das, was ich ursprünglich vor 1,5 Jahren in diesem Shop gebucht habe.
Und dies ist meiner Freundin so ähnlich auch passiert. Zuviel wird immer noch abgebucht, Sie zahlt laut Rechnung für weitere Tarife ab, die Sie nicht abgeschlossen hat.
I really can't recommend this shop! I have been a customer of Vodafone for many years and have always been satisfied. But since I signed a contract with certain conditions in this shop, nothing worked as agreed. The bill was too high for months of fraud, I suddenly paid (due to their mistake) for 2 more phone numbers.
Very often they let me dance there, they put them off and leave them alone. From the second lock mandrel, suddenly nobody felt responsible anymore.
In the end, it was only necessary to make a complaint to Vodafone over the phone and they helped you and canceled the tariffs that you never took out and paid too much. Now I am paying what I originally booked in this shop 1.5 years ago.
And this happened to my girlfriend in a similar way. Too much is still being debited; according to the invoice, you are paying off other tariffs that you have not taken out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not fluence German speaking guy. Once ive signed a contact, one of employee asked me sth in German. I didnt understood what does he want. Then he tooked my phone for like 3 mins, and set 5 Star rating to this store with positive description, without asking me about my opinion or even approval. Thats outrageous and unacceptable as he took advantage of my stupidity and lack some language skills to raise some stats.
