★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleiner Supermarkt. Passend für den Ort und die Urlauber. Grundversorgung ist sichergestellt; preislich im marktüblichen Rahmen. Zusätzliche Angebote: mehrmals täglich frische (aufgebacken) Brötchen. Ein Spirituosengeschäft ist angeschlossen. Personal sehr freundlich und in der Mehrzahl auch in der Lage, die auf deutsch geäußerten Wünsche zu verstehen.
 Small supermarket. Suitable for the place and the vacationers. Basic care is ensured; priced in the usual market framework. Additional offers: fresh (baked) rolls several times a day. A liquor store is connected. Staff very friendly and in the majority also able to understand the wishes expressed in German.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egal was ich hier gesucht habe, ich habe es ( manchmal mit Hilfe der netten Bedienungen) immer gefunden. Ob es ein leckesers Abendessen oder einfach nur ein paar Socken war. Hier ist man richtig wenn man einkaufen gehen möchte.
No matter what I was looking for here, I always found it (sometimes with the help of the nice wait staff). Whether it was a delicious dinner or just a pair of socks. This is the right place if you want to go shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gistermiddag telefonisch geïnformeerd of er (eigenlijk te laat) nog bloemen besteld én bezorgd zou kunnen worden, voor diezelfde dag. ?
Helaas was er geen bloemetje⚘ voorradig, maar de eigenaar gaf de suggestie van 'een levensmiddelenmandje' als optie; goed idee. Twee uurtjes later was het al bezorgd, en de ontvangers waren blij en zeer verrast door dit attente en bijzonder fraai pakket!

Yesterday afternoon we were informed by telephone whether flowers could be ordered and delivered (actually too late) for the same day. ?
Unfortunately there were no flowers available, but the owner suggested 'a food basket' as an option; good idea. Two hours later it was already delivered, and the recipients were delighted and very surprised by this thoughtful and very beautiful package!

There is wide choice and friendly staff, it is a bit more expensive than other supermarkets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der drolligste kleine Supermarkt, den ich kenne. Super aufgeräumt und sauber mit einem tollen Sortiment. Das Team ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Räumlichkeiten innen sind durch das alte, sichtbare Tragwert schon alleine einen Besuch wert. Von den Ferienhäusern aus den Roosdunen auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Seit Jahren unsere Brötchenquelle zum Frühstück.
In den "Oude Spar" nebenan ist inzwischen ein anderes Geschäft eingezogen. Ich hätte so gerne den Spar noch in diesem alten Gebäude erlebt!
The funniest little supermarket I know. Super tidy and clean with a great assortment. The team is super friendly and helpful. The inside of the building is worth a visit just because of the old, visible load-bearing capacity. Also easily accessible on foot from the Roosdunen holiday homes. Our bread roll source for breakfast for years.
Another shop has now moved into the "Oude Spar" next door. I would have loved to have seen the Spar still in this old building!
