★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaring bij dit bedrijf. Je wordt belazerd waar je bij staat. Meten een verkeerde sterkte op, de bril is ondragelijk. Je meldt het en de optiek directeur doet net of hij je glazen afzwakt, of meldt "ik doe er een ander glas in". Maar stiekem doet hij niets want als je naar de concurrent gaat en je vraagt de bril sterkte op te meten, is deze nog exact hetzelfde als voorheen. Ga je er weer mee terug en meldt je dit, wordt de optiek directeur erg boos op je en zegt dat je het pand moet verlaten. Eens maar NÓÓIT meer, de nieuwe slogan voor specsavers Gorinchem. Bedankt dat jullie hebben laten zien hoe jullie met de klanten omgaan. ?
 Very bad experience at this company. You will be cheated where you stand. Measuring a wrong strength, the glasses are unbearable. You report it and the optics director acts as if he is weakening your glasses, or you say "I put another glass in it". But he secretly does nothing because if you go to the competitor and you ask the glasses to measure strength, it is exactly the same as before. If you go back with it and report this, the optical director becomes very angry with you and tells you to leave the building. Once but NEVER more, the new slogan for specsavers Gorinchem. Thank you for showing how you interact with customers. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze denken graag met je mee en doen er alles aan om je zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn. De prijzen zijn prima en de kwaliteit van de producten is helemaal top. Ik heb veel opticiens gehad, maar sinds een aantal jaren zit ik bij Specsavers en wil niks anders meer.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are happy to think along with you and do everything they can to provide you with the best possible service. The prices are excellent and the quality of the products is top notch. I've had a lot of opticians, but I've been with Specsavers for a number of years now and don't want anything else.
