Elk detail kan besproken worden en verbeteringen aan de website worden na overleg direct doorgevoerd. Dat is geweldig, want zo blijven we actueel en goed in beeld bij onze klantenkring! Nu meer dan ooit is dat essentieel! Jelle and his team have built a great website for us that is suitable for desktop and mobile. Every detail can be discussed and improvements to the website are immediately implemented after consultation. That is great, because this way we stay up to date with our clientele! Now more than ever that is essential!

Expertise die benoemd stond op website was niet aanwezig. Er zou naar aanleiding daarvan overleg zijn met een deskundige over mogelijkheden, nooit meer iets gehoord. Was not called back at first, after a second attempt on my part to discuss the issue. Expertise mentioned on the website was not available. E	Ed Ruijgrok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIET DOEN! In Mei 2019 een contract getekend voor een Magento 2 Webshop icm Akeneo inclusief Afas koppelingen. Een belangrijke reden om voor Web-Company te kiezen was de prijs icm het feit dat de eigenaar aangaf binnen 8 weken online te kunnen zijn. Na heel veel bezoeken, emails vragen en bijna bedelen hebben we uiteindelijk in Maart 2020, bijna een jaar later, te horen gekregen dat het systeem klaar was maar helaas werkte er nog niets en de enige manier om de code te krijgen was de laatste factuur betalen. Die keuze hebben we dan ook maar gemaakt om niet al het geïnvesteerde geld kwijt te zijn. Na onderzoek door meerdere onafhankelijke bedrijven blijkt uiteindelijk dat het complete systeem nutteloos is. Niemand wil zich er aan branden en raadt ons aan compleet opnieuw te beginnen. Zelfs de Afas koppelingen werken niet of half. Wees gewaarschuwd! DO NOT! In May 2019 signed a contract for a Magento 2 Webshop in combination with Akeneo including Afas couplings. An important reason for choosing Web-Company was the price in combination with the fact that the owner indicated that he could be online within 8 weeks. After a lot of visits, asking emails and almost begging, we were finally informed in March 2020, almost a year later, that the system was ready but unfortunately nothing worked yet and the only way to get the code was to pay the last invoice . We have therefore made that choice in order not to lose all the invested money. After investigation by several independent companies, it turns out that the complete system is useless. Nobody wants to burn it and recommends that we start all over again. Even the Afas couplings do not work or only half. Be warned!

Op 3 september een overeenkomst getekend voor een vrij standaard koppeling tussen onze Shopware 6 website en ons ERP-pakket Odoo 13. Een belangrijk aspect van de voorwaarden was een vlotte oplevering; dat zou half oktober al kunnen. Gedurende het proces zijn ze moeilijk te pakken te krijgen, reageren slecht op berichten in hun project management tool en telefonisch bijna niet te benaderen. Uiteindelijk eind december nog niets opgeleverd; we stonden zelfs niet meer op de planning. Na enige drukt annuleert Web-Company de overeenkomst zonder onze instemming of inspraak. Maanden vertraging en een enorme schadepost verder. My advice: stay away from Web-Company. On September 3, an agreement was signed for a fairly standard link between our Shopware 6 website and our ERP package Odoo 13. An important aspect of the conditions was smooth delivery; that could already be in mid-October. During the process they are difficult to get hold of, respond poorly to messages in their project management tool and are almost impossible to contact by phone. Ultimately nothing delivered at the end of December; we weren't even on the schedule anymore. After a few presses, Web-Company cancels the agreement without our consent or participation. Months of delay and a huge loss further.
F	Frans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloos bedrijf. Ze zouden voor ons een koppeling maken tussen Shopware en Afas. Levertijd niet nagekomen en de koppeling heeft altijd vol met bugs gezeten. Ze zijn nooit bereikbaar voor overleg en pas na een aangetekende brief werden we terug gebeld. Na een jaar van ergernis hebben we een nieuwe koppeling door een andere partij laten maken. Mijn advies: blijf weg van dit bedrijf! Worthless company. They would make a link for us between Shopware and Afas. Delivery time not met and the link has always been full of bugs. They are never available for consultation and we were only called back after a registered letter. After a year of annoyance, we had a new link made by another party. My advice: stay away from this company!
