Waarom geen optie "reparatie"? Als je belt wordt je doorverbonden met een algemeen contactcentrum, die maken een terugbelverzoek, maar er wordt vervolgens niet teruggebeld... Jammer...ik word er niet blij van allemaal... Website is quite dull, glasses are broken and I want to make an appointment, I have the choice between eye measurement, fitting contact lenses and maintenance of lenses. Why not a "repair" option? When you call you will be put through to a general contact center, they will make a callback request, but they will not be called back ... Too bad ... it doesn't make me happy ...

De Specsavers winkels waren gewoon open, en er was geen afspraak nodig. We moesten maar gewoon even snel iets kiezen, een meting laten doen, kopen, en wegwezen. Two years ago was a spectacle, they were very blunt and impatient. 2 years later, I thought I'd try it again, now they were blunt. Specsavers stores were open as usual, and there was no appointment necessary. But we just needed a quick pick something, let's do a test, buy, and get out.
