Nice park, lots of capacity. It is a shame that sausages were not used that much. It has a lot of potential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk plantsoen, met veel recreatie mogelijkheden. Volleybalveld en andere faciliteiten om te spelen. Een heuvel met uitkijktoren en vijverpartijen. Ruime mogelijkheden om te voetballen, wat in de zomer veelvuldig door buurteams gedaan wordt. Helaas is een en ander onderhevig aan vandalisme.
Nice park, with many recreational opportunities. Volleyball court and other facilities to play. A hill with a watchtower and ponds. Ample opportunities to play football, which is often done by neighboring teams in the summer. Unfortunately, things are subject to vandalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schitterend park, mooie klimbult met een uitkijktoren. Veel bankjes om te zitten, vrijloopgebied voor honden niet aanwezig, het wordt min of meer gedoogd. Twee permanent beschikbaar voetbalvelden, tennisbanen, volleybalveld, skateboardbaan en een kinderboerderij. Een leuk handbediend pontje in de vijver. Ook is het een vertrek plek van luchtballonnen, heel indrukwekkend om te zien. De paden zijn redelijk goed onderhouden.
Beautiful park, beautiful climbing hump with a lookout tower. Many benches to sit, free-range for dogs not present, it is more or less tolerated. Two permanently available football fields, tennis courts, volleyball court, skateboarding track and a petting zoo. A nice hand operated ferry in the pond. It is also a departure place of hot air balloons, very impressive to see. The paths are reasonably well maintained.

Enig nadeel voor de buitenstaander als je via 't openbaar vervoer in Assen komt zal je dit park nooit leren kennen
