★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely interior, friendly staff. The natural mint tea with fresh tea leaves wins! The menu was quite extensive with all your proteins from paneer to lamb, chicken and beef. The food was mediocre, it wasn't bad but it wasn't anything to write home about either. Also, it took over 30 minutes to recieve our main dish from the moment we finished our veggie samosas (appetizer). That as the worst part, because I was telling my girlfriend that it might actually be worth the wait if the food was going to be amazing. It was was less than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is rather tasty but quite mild in flavour. The dishes are also not very spicy. However, if you look for a soft Indian flavour this is the place to go, as the quality is still good. The staff was friendly and the location is nice. The prices suggest bigger portions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always with Indian food you have a great variety of choices, the dishes can be made spicy or not, staff is very friendly and the food is great. The only thing I’d keep in mind for cilantro/coriander haters (like me), do aks if it’s possible without coriander, I forgot to ask and regretted it the entire evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was delicious and I would give it four stars, but the service was two stars and this is why I gave an overall three stars. There were only two servers on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was full and the service itself was sub par. I may try this place again just to give it another chance.

I used to go to Spice of India very often when I was living in Maastricht, yesterday I had the occasion to go again and I was super happy! I have never tried such a good Indian food in all my life, the flavor and the quality is simply the best and I always feel at home there since the staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. The restaurant is also very cozy. Thanks again for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Indian restaurant. Food was good. We had butter chicken. It's a special recipe from the chef. The taste is pretty different form "normal" butter chicken but not bad. We enjoyed the dinner very much.
