★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben nooit in de winkel geweest maar vorig jaar net voor Carnaval was het personeel aan het afsluiten terwijl ik probeerde een selfie te maken met het versierde gebouw ernaast op de achtergrond.
Een vriendelijke jonge dame heeft me toen aangeboden foto's van mij te maken ?
 I have never been to the store, but just before Carnival, the staff was shutting down while I was trying to take a selfie with the decorated building next door in the background.
A friendly young lady then offered to take pictures of me ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onvriendelijk persooneel, bij binnenkomst is goede dag nog teveel gevraagd blijkbaar. Ze bleven alleen maar achter de balie staan en totaal niet behulpzaam. Je wordt alleen aangekeken alsof ze liever je niet willen in de winkel. Belachelijk slecht dit.
Unfriendly personal, on arrival a good day is apparently too much to ask. They just stayed behind the counter and not helpful at all. You are only looked at as if they would rather not want you in the store. This ridiculously bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze klantenservice. Personeel deed zeer minachtend en liet het gevoel over komen dat ze je zo snel mogelijk uit de winkel willen sturen. Bij de simpelste vragen als de naam van een schoenmodel gelijk beticht worden van "ergens een betere prijs willen vinden". Verder was het personeel meer bezig met hun privé zaken en wat ze in het weekend gingen doen dan daadwerkelijk klanten helpen met hun vragen/keuzes. Daarnaast moest de klant achter het personeel aanlopen aangezien er geen moeite werd gedaan om behulpzaam te zijn of zo netjes te zijn om bij de klant te blijven als deze een schoen probeert. Al met al een zeer trieste en slechte ervaring bij een winkel waar ik al jaren mijn schoenen koop en tot heden geen probleem mee heb gehad. Zulk incompetent personeel maakt het moeilijk om ooit nog een stap binnen de winkel te zetten.
Lousy customer service. Staff acted very contemptuous and conveyed the feeling that they want to send you out of the store ASAP. The simplest questions such as the name of a shoe model are immediately accused of "wanting to find a better price somewhere". Furthermore, the staff was more concerned with their private affairs and what they were going to do during the weekend than actually helping customers with their questions/choices. In addition, the customer had to follow the staff as no effort was made to be helpful or polite enough to stay with the customer when they try on a shoe. All in all a very sad and bad experience at a store I have been buying my shoes from for years and have had no problem with them until now. Such incompetent staff makes it difficult to ever step inside the store again.

Lovely shop but staff were not that friendly unfortunately. No greeting and saying nothing after checkout…
